Validity of the sales contract and price information

These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the online store.

All prices displayed in the online store are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are added to the price and displayed during checkout.

Product information is provided next to the respective product in the online store.

Placing an order

To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select the preferred delivery method.

The total cost of the order will then be displayed on the screen and can be paid using the selected payment method.

The sales contract enters into force once the payable amount has been received in the online store’s bank account or payment account.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock shortage or any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days.

Payment

Payments are processed through secure payment environments.

The following payment methods are available in the online store:

For payment processing, the online store transmits the necessary personal data to authorized payment service providers.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the countries offered in the online store.

Delivery costs depend on the buyer’s location and the selected delivery method and are displayed during checkout.

Orders are usually delivered within 2–7 business days after the sales contract enters into force.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days, in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must not be used more than necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning as it would be possible in a physical store.

To return goods, the customer must submit a withdrawal request via email to info@vitamins.lv.

The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer unless the reason for the return is that the product does not correspond to what was ordered (for example, incorrect or defective product).

The online store will refund all payments received from the customer no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal request. The online store may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.

Right to submit complaints

According to EU consumer protection rules, the customer has the right to submit a complaint regarding non-conformity of goods within 2 years from receiving the goods.

If a defect appears, the customer must contact the online store via email at info@vitamins.lv.

If a product purchased from the online store has a defect for which the online store is responsible, the product will be repaired or replaced. If repair or replacement is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded.

The online store will respond to consumer complaints within 14 days.

Processing of personal data

The online store processes personal data provided by the customer (name, phone number, address, email) for the purpose of processing orders and delivering goods.
