L-glutathione - an organic chemical compound that occurs naturally in the cells of the human body and the main place of its synthesis is liver. It is a tripeptide, consisting of three protein amino acids - L-glutamic acid, L-cysteine and L-glycine, which has antioxidant potential.

Vitamin C, also called ascorbic acid, is an organic chemical compound classified as a water-soluble vitamin. It is an exogenous substance that body cannot synthesize on its own, which is why it is necessary to provide the compound to the body from the outside.
