Ingredients
Cod liver oil (fish), gelatine, humectant: glycerol; purified water, retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), cholecalciferol (vitamin D).
Product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans.
Usage
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily.
