Ingredients

Chocolate flavor: Micellar casein (emulsifier: soya lecithin), reduced-fat cocoa powder, flavorings, salt, thickeners (cellulose, xanthan gum, carrageenan), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), digestive enzyme blend (amylase, protease, cellulase, beta-D-galactosidase, lipase).

Vanilla flavor: Micellar casein, nettle sugar, natural flavors, inulin, lecithin, salt, cellulose gum, honey, stevia leaf extract (Reb A).

Use

Mix one scoop (33 g) with 300-360 ml cold water, stir until the protein is completely dissolved. You can adjust the intensity of the taste by adding more or less water. For best results, Gold Standard 100% Casein is recommended in combination with creatine, glutamine or BCAA amino acid powder. Enhance your smoothie: add fresh or frozen fruit, peanut butter, linseed oil, coconut to your smoothie - you'll make it even tastier.
