In two double-blind, placebo-controlled studies, C. canephora robusta extract helped subjects manage their weight. The first study lasted 60 days and both groups followed a low-calorie diet. The second, separate study lasted 8 weeks and both groups followed a calorie-reduced diet and moderate exercice plan.
Caffeine helps to increase alertness and improve concentration. The beneficial effect is obtained with caffeine consumption at doses of 3 mg/kg body weight at least one hour prior to exercise and only if any other caffeine consumption is avoided for at least 24 hours prior to consumption of the product in habitual caffeine consumers.

Usage
To assess your tolerance, for the first day, take 1 capsule once daily. On days 2 and 3 take 2 capsules once daily. On day 4 and beyond, take 2 capsules twice daily. 30 to 60 minutes before your 2 main meals (e.g., breakfast and lunch). For best results, use for 60 days in combination with a calorie-reduced diet and exercise. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.
