Anyone who uses the Instagram
app will have seen the fabulously beautiful smoothie bowls, but those who have tasted the dish can attest that it tastes as good as it looks. And summer is the perfect time to try making a smoothie bowl at home, too, as nature is currently treating us to fresh berries and fruits. That's why we've prepared a quick and delicious raspberry smoothie bowl recipe.Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana;
- 100 grams of fresh or frozen raspberries (other seasonal berries may also be chosen - e.g. strawberries);
- 150 ml of milk;
- 1 scoop Bodylab Whey 100 raspberry yoghurt flavoured protein powder.
For decoration:
Half a banana, a handful of fresh berries, some muesli or wholemeal oats, a small handful of cashews, chopped dark chocolate, Bodylab Zero Topping Sauce in Ultimate Chocolate
flavour.Preparation:
Freeze the banana, then break into small pieces and place in a blender. Add berries, protein powder and milk. Blend until smooth. Pour the finished mixture into a bowl.
Garnish with a sliced banana and fresh berries. Sprinkle muesli, cashew nuts and chopped chocolate over the top and finish with a Zero Topping
chocolate sauce. Remember that decorating a smoothie bowl is not just an aesthetic process, as the 'decorations' add pleasant contrasts and make the dish more filling.Taste good!
