Fish oil, linseed oil, sunflower oil, gelatin, glycerol humectant; water; DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E).

Usage
Take 1 portion (1 capsule) daily, preferably after meals. Take with the required amount of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The food supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women and breastfeeding women. Keep out of the reach of young children.
