Use
Take 65-100 grams 1-3 times daily as a supplement to a healthy diet. Mix the powder with 300-500 ml of milk, water or your favourite beverage. To increase the calorie count and add variety, add fruit to your smoothie using a blender. Use between meals and always after a workout. Store in a cool, dry place. Seal the bag carefully after use.
